A*ware*ness (noun): the ability to perceive, to feel, or to be conscious of events, objects, or sensory patterns. 

 

The one word I use to sum up my coaching style is Awareness

 

Why is that?

 

Because I bring awareness to what my clients can’t see for themselves.  I offer insight to allow for a shift in perspective.  Through awareness, I aim to get to the root of what is holding the client back to free them to come back home to their true nature.
